Starting with freshly washed hair and make a clean part in your hair once it’s completely dried. This can be done in the center or on one side, depending on your preference.
To balance it out, use the tail of a comb. Once you’ve created a part that you’re happy with, apply styling gel to both sides of the part to keep it in place. This will also contribute to the ultra-sleek look! We also recommend investing in an updo brush to help you smooth your hair back.
It’s time to make the sleek low bun after your portion is in place. Pull your hair back into a tight bun, allowing it to rest low on your neck. Once all of the hair is gathered, use a bungee tie to secure it. Brush through any crevices or bumps using a comb if the front isn’t as smooth as you’d want. Continue the hairdo in the back once you’re satisfied with the front appearance. Tightly twist the ponytail and wrap it into a neat bun. If necessary, secure with another rubber band and bobby pins.
To add the proper amount of shine, spray on a dry oil. Then, to keep the hairdo in place throughout the day, spritz it with hairspray. After that, apply additional gel to any flyaways and you’re done!
