Prepping for the Bubble ponytail!
Before we get into styling, it’s important to prep your strands with the proper hair care routine. For your bubble ponytail, it’s a good idea to give your hair an extra boost with our volumizing shampoo and conditioner.
Step 1:
First, apply our hair serum, throughout your mane to tame frizz. Then spritz a bit of our hairspray onto a clean toothbrush and brush any baby hairs and flyaways back for a smooth, sleek finish.
Step 2:
Gather your ponytail, into a mid or high ponytail, ensuring there are no bumps, knots, or tangles. Then, secure with an elastic. After securing hair with a clear elastic, grab hair from your own ponytail and wrap it around to hide the clear elastic. Then secure with hair grips.
Step 3:
One to two inches down the length of your ponytail, depending on how long your hair is, place another hair elastic. As you secure each section with an elastic, you can spread the hair gently with your fingertips between the two elastics causing a bubble effect. Make the bubbles big enough for the ponytail to look exciting by pulling a tugging them to your desired size otherwise, our bubbles are going to be sad and small. You’ll want to ensure your style is neat and even.
Step 3:
Spray with our strongest hold hairspray and your look is complete!
